My review here is re : my visit to the Holy Chapel where the incorruptible body of St Bernadette Soubirous lies. The entire place is reasonably big although the Chapel itself is not huge. A souvenir shop can be found here. A very small museum exhibits things associated with St Bernadette. The chapel is opened at specific timings as per the attached picture. The little cafe here has a vending machine for coffee. I did not try it. The campus also has a grotto.

There was no room but we visited the site. The museum is very, very small. The body of St. Bernadette was not very hard to get to though. Staff at this site are not super friendly or welcoming. There was no tour and cannot see convent or where she and other Sisters spent their time. Parking is on street outside their walls because their parking lot is closed or blocked off to visitors. Shops and information are closed at noon to 2p, a huge bummer because we wanted to see the shop after 11:30am Mass.

This has been one of the most moving and memorable places I have ever been...speechless...a must see...also well catered for tourist as there's a coffee room,toilets available...beautiful museum and the small souvenir shop is a must...lady who works in it was fabulous and so lovely. Please visit and leave a contribution...u will be very moved.

They lie and claim St. Bernadette didn't want photos of her taken, but then overtly sell photos in the gift shop. Scammers. But her body is really there, so still worth going

This is our last day of the pilgrimage tour. We stay over nite at Espace Bernadette to visit St Bernadette Soubirous. This is a monastery hostel so silence is the main priority and can not take picture at The Chapel where St Bernadette’s coffin laid. Over all it is a great spiritual experience
